Camp Shabbat
Can it really be true that kids can relive camp every month?
The answer is yes!!! Once a month on Shabbat, the camp counselors will be back! They will be running a two-hour Shabbat program in which campers and their friends can relive and share the camp experience: the songs, cheers, crafts, spirit, snacks, and all the awesome times they had with camp counselors!
Once a month (see schedule) kids will get together for a meaningful and fun Shabbat morning experience. The children will be introduced to prayer in their own little synagogue furnished with an ark containing a little Torah scroll which will be taken out and read during the service. With their prayer books, they will be led in short kid-oriented prayer followed by a Kiddush just for kids!
This enables parents to participate in the services while their children are taken care of by responsible young adults.
The program is free and all children are welcome regardless if they attended our camp, background or affiliation.
Children's program begins at 10:00 AM every Shabbat.
Children will be divided into groups based on their ages.
