Boys Overnight Camp

Girls Overnight Camp

Connecting you with the two leading Jewish overnight camps!

Since 2008 FLJDC has played a large role in bringing a strong Jewish awareness and connection to kids and families in our community.

With many families expressing interest in a Jewish overnight camp option as well, FLJDC is happy to connect you with two leading Jewish overnight camps, one for boys and one for girls.

Chosen for their Jewish values of care for each child, focused on the growth and success of each child, non-judgmental, acceptance, Jewish values, and social skills, you will find that these camps (listed below) share a similar value system as Fair Lawn Jewish Day Camp that so many parents appreciate and love.

With discounts and scholarship programs, this will be the most affordable and most amazing Jewish overnight camp experience for your child.

Visit the rates pages of these camps, learn about the tiered pricing structure, and learn about the scholarships offered, especially for first time overnight campers.

Ask about financial hardship scholarships if needed. Most importantly, connect with the director of the camp and have a conversation.

If you have FLJDC credits (see below) make sure to mention it so they can verify it with us and apply the credits to your tuition.

Contact the camp and tell them you belong to the Bris Avrohom of Fair Lawn and the Fair Lawn Jewish Day Camp communities.

Disclaimer:

Fair Lawn Jewish Day Camp, Camp L’man Achai and Camp Gan Israel in the Poconos have joined for the sole purpose of fostering the Jewish overnight camp experience.

Fair Lawn Jewish Day Camp, Camp L’man Achai and Camp Gan Israel Poconos share similar philosophies and values, but are not affiliated with each other and are not responsible for each other in any way.

Each camp is owned and operated completely independently.

FLJDC CREDITS:

When your child attends FLJDC (retroactively from the 2021 season) you earn credits for each full paying child towards a scholarship for Jewish overnight camp.

  • $50 per session attended at FLJDC.

  • $100 for each full summer.

  • FLJDC credits will be offered in addition to any discounts and scholarships offered by Camp L’man Achai for boys or Camp Gan Israel Poconos for girls.

  • FLJDC credits are per child, and cannot be transferred from one child to another, even in the same family.

  • FLJDC credits are paid directly to the camp and will be deducted from your tuition total.

  • Credits are not refundable, exchangeable and can only be used once.

  • Credits can only be used for Jewish overnight camps listed on this page.

  • FLJDC will pay up to $400 per child in FLJDC credits.
